Very useful app! Follow the original diet.
This app is a useful tracking tool for anyone on the 90 Day Diet, but the developer should consider doing some quick and easy improvements and enhancement for the paid version otherwise its not really worth getting it when there is a free option available that offers the tracking. For example: 1. It would be nice if in additions to listing meal ideas, there are provided recipes. 2. It would be nice if the app let you take pictures of your meals, so you can always go back and figure out what worked and didnt work. 3. It would be nice if you could make notes on the various days. 4. It would be nice if the info section is increased to include some of the rules/product measurements Also, developer needs to correct the following: (1) starches day - lunch is salty, dinner is sweet (2) diet should end on fruits day (technically its 91 days even if name says 90) I think adding some of all of these features would make the app a lot more appealing and useful to people on this diet.
This diet plan might be convenient for 90% of anyone lifestyle. It is working for me.
